  While several organizations focus on assisting Veterans and their transition to civilian life, there are few resources designed specifically to support the employer side of the hiring equation. AVFE fills this gap and provides our Members a centralized platform to improve hiring and retention of Veterans in the workplace. By expanding the qualified Veteran candidate pool through alignment of skills gained in the military to their civilian equivalent and also sharing best practices and techniques to retain the workforce once it has been hired, we are able to give back to those that have given so much in protecting our freedoms.
