Scope of work: ● Review project specification or requirement for the project. ● Review and Verify the Material Mill Test Certificate accordance the code requirement such as standard EN 10204, ASME, JIS etc. ● Material Incoming Inspection such as marking and dimension etc. ● Witness and review material test coupon for Mechanical testing and Chemical testing. ● Prepare and review procedure accordance the code requirement of project. ● Providing technical support for Fabrication department in material selection, identification heat number, weld joint design, NDT requirements. ● Review Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) ● Prepare documents stage of quality control such as ITP, Fit-up and welding condition data (History sheet), Dimensional inspection report, U-Form etc. ● Perform fit-up, Visual and final inspection also continuous monitoring of fabrication and welding sequence. ● Control, traceability of heat number that can be traced back to Manufacturer Data Record (MDR) ● Monitoring & Witness for NDT Testing Activity of works by the sub-contractor ● Review PWHT & Normalize chart accordance the code requirement. ● Monitoring & Witness the Pressure test and prepare report. ● Prepare and review the Manufacturer Data Record (MDR) ● Raise Non-Compliance Report (NCR) where applicable and ensure satisfactorily closed out. ● Calibration equipment and review calibration certificate. ● Coordinate and support any problems for Inspection activities with the Project organizations. ● Coordinate with Client or Third Party for inspection Requirement with under Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) Activity ● External & Internal audit ISO 9001:2015 section QA/QC ● Issue Purchase requestion of section QA/QC Show less
