Likewise, I liaise with crew in kitchen/service areas, to ensure that any customer dietary, allergen, and ethical requirements are catered for accurately and safely. I am entrusted with opening/closing the store, conducting admin tasks, handling cash, safes and the digital food safety tablet and processing customer payments using EPOS system. These skills all of which continually improve my numeracy, business running, HR and IT skills. Whilst at home and studying in Dundee, I worked as a part time Crew Trainer. My responsibilities included being a role model to observe procedures/behaviours from and carrying out corrective coaching to uphold quality, food safety and hygiene standards.My competence and dedication as a Crew Trainer, has been recognised on several occasions by the company as on two occasions, I have been awarded employee of the month and quarter.
