      I was the office administrator at Expanse Financial Technologies, formerly known as Prepaid Ventures LTD. I wear many hats at this company. Most recently, my job consisted of being head of the mailing and shipping department of all of our 1,000+ branches, including inventory. I mailed out letters daily to all of our clients, advertising merchandise to all of our branches, supplies, restock the office supplies, make inbound and outbound calls for all of our client's bank accounts, monitor accounts, accept direct deposits, review transactions and settlements, troubleshoot technical transaction issues for our agents and clients, verbally assist our branch agents with installing our financial software, process disputes, troubleshoot atm transactions, detect fraudulent transactions, express mail debit cards. I also worked with Social Security to enroll our clients to direct deposits for their monthly federal benefits, and transitioned new clients to our bank. Being an online bank, my tone and empathy are what made our clients trust to bank with us, even if they could not see me face to face. Being bilingual is one of my greatest advantages as I am able to help a much larger variety of our clients. I also took initiative and began our office culture board to boost morale, greet and prep interviewees, and use multiple computer software to assign our debit cards to each branch and client. I also set up meetings and refreshments/food catering for our office executives.
