OpX Solutions, LLC is a performance improvement company that specializes in helping organizations achieve operational excellence through process improvement and leadership development. They are the go-to-provider of leadership development and process improvement services for small and medium organizations in Virginia. My responsibilities in this role include the development of supportive documentation for currently running professional development courses to meet the requirements of SHRM and HRCI accreditation applications. The successful development of this documentation lead to approval of the before-mentioned accrediting bodies, which allowed OpX to appeal to a larger client base. I also created online learning “how-to” documentation and an instructional video for attendees to launch their online learning program, which has seen great success with the online courses being available through COVID-19.

IMSH Education Coordinator

The purpose of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare is to serve a global community of practice enhancing the quality of healthcare. In this role I performed project management duties and supported the Director of Continuing Education and provided support for the society’s International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH). Specifically, I distributed communication and assisted with the development and delivery of educational content with planning committee members, course directors, faculty, authors, and reviewers for IMSH.
