I've known Sarah for several years, so it's been a delight to watch as she builds her business, further expands her real estate knowledge, and fights the good fight when it comes to affordable housing. When I needed to help a family member with a difficult real estate transaction, Sarah was a natural first choice. I would highly recommend her to buyers, traditional or otherwise, and encourage anyone who thinks they are priced out of the market to attend one of Sarah's fascinating co-buying classes.

Sarah has been great to work with since moving to Colorado. She has helped us connect with the community and made valuable introductions. She has also helped us set up a highly effective communications campaign for the launch of the Green Route. I would highly recommend working with Sarah.
