I worked with Sarah-Tyler for a year and a half as an Account Manager on her team. While she was senior to me, I felt like we were equal members of a team attacking the same problem. She is skilled at communicating in a professional, direct, and empathetic way regardless of audience or topic. She is able to stay focused on the big picture, but is also detail-oriented and organized. She always makes time to help.
