      I was the point of contact for multiple markets for all digital media queries. Not only was I on call to evaluate and feedback on their digital media plans and media proposals, my job was also to raise awareness amongst internal stakeholders, both within HQ and the local markets, about the digital media landscape, the aim of this being to secure a higher investment in digital channels, specifically social media, mobile, search and video. Part of this education process involved writing best practice documents which the local markets could use as a guide when implementing campaigns to ensure consistency across the Carlsberg brands and excellence in the marketplace. I worked closely with the media agency to ensure there was consistency in our campaigns across all markets from planning through to the evaluation stages. This involved the creation of briefing, response to brief and evaluation templates as well as ensuring adserving was implemented in all markets for accountability purposes.
