Sarah started with Hulsbosch out of uni for four weeks worth of work experience. We put her on casual after the four weeks as we saw amazing potential in a design support for a couple of our senior designers. She ended up being extended five times until she spent a total of 6 months with us. Over that time she worked really hard and showed great ability in conceptual design and ended up rolling out most of the McGrath Foundation collateral with minimal supervision from a senior. We were continually impressed with her dedication and design ability and attention to detail after such little time in the industry. I would recommend Sarah for any junior to mid-weight design position.
