Developed and administered the survey to 25,000 government employees by web and mail, and built a statistical model to identify the drivers of employee engagement.   Managed visitor and industry research projects, handling all elements of design, data collection, analysis, and reporting to clients in the tourism sector. Managed internal resources and contractors, nurtured client relationships, and presented research findings to executives, government partners and industry stakeholders. Example: Northern Rockies Alaska Highway Visitor Research Project. This project was designed to provide data on the characteristics and volume of travellers along the Alaska Highway. Hired and managed a team who conducted 3,200 intercept interviews with visitors in four locations over 3.5 months, and on-site highway traffic counts. Deployed a mailback survey 1,900 participants and received 1,200 mailback surveys. Established and managed a research consortium of 15 partners and raised $150K in funding.
