I was delighted that Sarah accepted my invitation to join The Retail Practice as a lead associate. Sarah provides experience and critical analysis to the many challenges retailers face. Getting the balance right between challenge and support can be tricky and Sarah does this very well - particularly useful for leading change when you're in a consultancy role. . I note important occasions when in the frenzy of excitement of new ideas, Sarah is the reflective mind that invites everyone to consider if any benefits are quite what they seem. Again, a huge asset when prioritising time, budgets and team bandwidth. No matter how good the marketing, the essentials of the right product/range at the best prices and margin on the right channels is vital to survive and thrive and this is Sarah's bullseye.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah several times through the years, most recently at Signet. Sarah has always demonstrated a great balance of strategy, challenge and commerciality. She is highly intellectual and brings fresh perspective to every conversation. Her roots in Merchandise Planning mean she can swiftly interpret detailed analysis and identify areas of opportunity and risk. I enjoy working with Sarah and hope to be able to do so again in the future.

Sarah has supported the buying and merchandise team at Fenwick during major transformation. She has been a delight to work with, professional, knowledgable and supportive. Sarah’s support has been invaluable and the whole B&M team enjoyed working with her. Her retail expertise is excellent and her pragmatic approach has been throughly appreciated. I highly recommend Sarah as a colleague.
