Sarah's passion for helping people become their best self underpins every conversation we have had. Her talent for asking a side-ways, un-expected question which brings you up-short is annoyingly effective. Sarah and I met on a course and since then we've done various pieces of work together, including coaching assignments. She's so passionate about what she does that she did an MSc in Organisational Development looking specifically at Best Self and what it takes for people to be able to Shine at work. I can tell you from the receiving end that it's powerful stuff. If you want a fantastic coach or mentor, I recommend you start by speaking with Sarah, if you can get in her diary!

I feel privileged to have worked with Sarah in her capacity as a facilitator on the Client Centred Consulting programme. It's a fantastic, immersive and experiential learning opportunity which is strengthened and heightened by having Sarah as one of its drivers. I found her to be kind and compassionate whilst also skilful and knowledgeable, chipping in with words of wisdom as just the right moments, but more importantly creating an environment where the rest of the group was able to act as consultants and learn by doing. What I was most impressed by was Sarah's attentiveness to the group: she was able to get to know each one of us in an astounding level of depth given that we were all strangers to her before joining the course, and her ability to give detailed, constructive feedback and pick up astutely & sensitively to group issues was hugely valuable. I'd love to work with Sarah again in future whether as a client, consultant or colleague, and immensely hope that I do!
