A position overlooked too often I think, Sarah's role as our studios community manager has shown how constructive feedback, giving players a sense of community, and allowing players to see the results of their feedback as it makes its way to the team and back into the game is so essential in the fast growing social games market. She does more then just work with the community to find out what they want to see, what they like or don't like, she merges their feedback and delivers it to the team constructively so that we can determine how to carry out and use what the community wants from our game experience.
