Bio
Claire Lowande
Sarah supported one of Sanger Leadership Center's flagship programs the Leadership Crisis Challenge. She volunteered 6 hours of her time to make the our student experience more impactful. Sarah managed ambiguity, demonstrated creativity, and worked independently to contribute to the crisis simulation for our event. I'd be happy to be on Sarah's team again and know she'd do a great job.
Sara Kroopf
This recommendation is long overdue, as Sarah led an incredibly valuable project for us over the summer. I was lucky to have the opportunity to manage Sarah throughout her Climate Corps Fellowship. Always with a smile and a thought-provoking question, Sarah dove right in to a set of diverse challenges facing our Global Impact Sustainability and ESG team- from looking at business travel, to thinking about employee engagement, to really sinking her teeth into understanding carbon pricing mechanisms. Quick to propose a new idea or solution, we were able to tackle these challenges as a small but mighty team. Despite Sarah working remotely, she made a point to contribute meaningful through the monitor and also when she did get a chance to visit us in-person. Sarah's curiosity and attention to detail will be an asset to any sustainability team. Her willingness to create community in the virtual world was also an impressive strength and one that will only increase her success in the future of working.
