Sharon Smith

I had the opportunity to work closely with Sarah over the last few years and found her to be professional and responsive with strong organizational skills. She supported the recruiting and hiring of multiple staff during an extensive expansion of our program and Sarah made the process as seamless as possible. I was very grateful to have her as a resource and support during this time.

Karen Ito, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Sarah has a deep understanding of her service lines of Social Work, Mental Health and Addictions Medicine. Coming from actually doing the work prior to our association, it was a joy to train her on the complexities of recruiting for the various programs at a large healthcare organization. Sarah was able to dive in, grasp the business and its needs, and build relationships with the hiring teams. She is an expert in technology, sourcing candidates to share with hiring managers and providing just-in-time training when managers needed a boost to complete their hiring tasks. I enjoyed her positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
