It was during the difficult pandemic time that I found myself tasked with leading Mater Education's first-ever expansion for their Enrolled Nursing program across Northern QLD. Overcoming the unique challenges this posed, I was able to achieve 100% program growth in less than 18 months, placing nurses in public and private hospitals across the region.
