There are alot of good things I can say about Sarah. First, and most obviously, she is terrific at social. Second, and most importantly, she is INCREDIBLY easy to work with. She is constantly in a good mood, works well within a team and I don't know anyone that doesn't love this girl. Third, she puts out awesome work. She doesn't do anything half way. Everything she puts out is her best work. She also has amazing work ethic. She is also very intelligent. She also.... I will run out of room soon. She is terrific in too many ways to name.

Experience strategy sounds nebulous right? I sit at the intersection of helping to define what the experience should be and how it functions through the lens of various customer sets. At its core, this role is about asking questions and problem solving to net out an experience that aligns BX and CX goals.

At Rockfish, I've had the exclusive ability to hack away at real-time problems for our strategic partners and devise solutions to put them in the forefront of their industry. I'm helping to redefine what innovation means in the digital space. As a content developer I also get to work intricately in the shopper marketing space to ensure our partners are represented adequately and accurately from a content perspective within key e-commerce channels. I leverage the best digital assets and overall strategy to create compelling stories that align with the brand and resonate with shoppers. I also focus on more traditional content strategy where I work closely with UX and design to create cohesive redesign concepts that bring the best elements of an online experience to life.
