  As the Festival Coordinator for Southern Finger Lakes Pride, I spearheaded the conception and execution of a dynamic & inclusive event celebrating LGBTQ+ diversity in the region. Here are the highlights of my role and accomplishments: •Collaboration with key stakeholders including Corning's Gaffer District, The City of Corning, local police, code and fire departments. Through effective coordination, the festival grew to accommodate over 3,500 unique attendees in 2023. •Curated a vibrant lineup of events and offerings, showcasing over 80 vendors, live painters, fire spinners, stilt walkers, and three stages of local & regional LGBTQIA entertainment. Notably, we also organized a Youth Workshop event and an Adult Night "Pre-Pride Party" at the Corning Museum of Glass featuring RuPaul Drag Race Allstar Mrs Kasha Davis. •Employed meticulous planning & organization, maintaining detailed notes and a comprehensive to-do list. Regular & open communication with the founder ensured a unified vision and smooth progress throughout the planning process. •Overcame challenges by creatively repurposing resources. •Demonstrated effective financial management by adhering to a designated budget. I maintained meticulous records using a shared Excel document, allocating funds for decorations, workshop supplies, merchandise, pamphlet orders, production, and entertainment. •Led comprehensive marketing efforts in collaboration with our marketing sponsor. Creating eye-catching graphics, signage, posters, and branded merchandise. Expanded our marketing reach by leveraging platforms such as Discord, Facebook Group, and public events calendars. •Successfully elevated Southern Finger Lakes Pride to become the largest Pride festival in the area.
