  The Parhelion Trio --Sarah Carrier (flute), Ashleé Miller (clarinet), and Andrea Christie (piano)-- is a New York City based, all-female ensemble that is dedicated to bridging the gap between composer and performer. Parhelion incorporates original compositions and commissions that uncover the combination’s creative potential while transcending the classical music tradition with innovative programs that embrace all musical genres. The resulting effect is a vibrant atmosphere rich with lyric poignancy and rhythmic vitality that is compelling to a variety of audiences.
