  I was hired as a post-closer dedicated to clearing investor conditions. Timeliness, accuracy, and effective communication are required to expedite investor loan purchases. I was able to streamline and document the process leading to broadening the scope of my role to include insuring government loans with FHA, VA & USDA. I have continued to obtain, consolidate and document many additional duties throughout my time at Colten. I now also maintain: FHA, VA & USDA audits; incoming and outgoing trailing documents; investor final document reports; correction requests; creating initial CDs; tracking and coordinating repurchased loans. In addition, I am the resident Excel expert and have created many Excel spreadsheets and workbooks throughout the company including: a Commission Calculator for payroll; Max Appraisal Fee Calculator; Income Calculator; Goal Tracker; Builder projects, etc

  MORTGAGE SERVICING REPRESENTATIVE- MAR 2015-FEB 2017 I started as a Rep on the Payment team, one side of a two-team department. I was responsible for answering phones, posting payments, and completing a variety of officer requests. Upon learning all roles, I was moved to the other team within the department: Taxes & Insurance. MORTGAGE SERVICING SR REPRESENTATIVE – FEB 2017 – SEP 2017 I continued to support both sides of the team and began training new employees. I began to get involved in projects to further develop the team. TAXES & INSURANCE SPECIALIST – SEP 2017 – FEB 2019 The team was split into individual departments; I was promoted to Specialist of the Tax and Insurance (T&I) department. I began getting even more involved with projects. I was part of a conversion team dedicated to converting from one servicing system to another. TAXES & INSURANCE ASST SUPERVISOR – FEB 2019 – AUG 2020 As Assistant Supervisor, I was tasked with additional duties that went beyond the roll of our one department, branching out into projects of our sister department. I continued to support T&I while involved in multiple projects. I became extremely familiar with many Excel formulas and functionalities and became a go to asset for multiple departments. TAXES & INSURANCE SUPERVISOR - AUG 2020- JAN 2021 I was promoted to Supervisor and was able to fully support my team. Focusing not only on the success of the department but furthering each individual's career path. I was able to institute long needed changes to the department to strengthen the reliability of the team. I have continued to grow my Excel knowledge by creating new dynamic tools accessible to my team and others’.
