  During my time at Sonect I worked in the sales and marketing team. I was responsible for organizing events, planning and supporting marketing campaigns, building relationships with customers and shops and responsible for implementing a customer support system and simplifying the corresponding process.Sonect is a Fintech company based in Zurich providing the first virtual ATM network in the world. The app solution conntects people who have cash with people who need cash and enables users to make a cash withdrawal whenever they need it. Moreover, banks can extend their outreach and save costs while retailers can offer an additional service to their customers and therefore increase customer frequency.
