      I have five years experience of managing a Students’ Union consisting of HE and FE students.I have recently directed a Students' Union to winning FE Students' Union of the Year for the third year. I won Staff Member of the Year across Wales. I supervise and steer the work of the three FE Student Union Presidents and the Student Union President HE Officer at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai. This includes inducting, supporting and on-going training of the Student Union Presidents and managing the activities of the Students’ Union over the course of the academic year.
