      I was the academy lead on Ks2 to KS3 transition and induction. I also monitored ks3 academic progress and implemented interventions.       I returned to HWGS to teach English and was appointed Head of year and I monitored and managed year seven both academically and pastorally. I was the only static head of year and I executed all transition and induction for each new year seven cohort. I was seconded to senior leadership following a successful course in Aspiring Leaders at Holyhead. My secondment projects were Getting Girls into science and Getting Girls into engineering.
