This was my 3rd time at Gold Medal, and on this employment I worked on Australia / New Zealand / Round the World & Far East. Dealing with other travel agents packaging together their requirements, this could be complicated round the world enquiries from customers or just flights only, every call was different and it was a challenging position. The main reason for the move in employment was the factor that they did not do cruise, and this was what I wished to work with hence the move to Cruise 1st Show less
