As an account manager I work closely with my clients building long term relationships, making sure their requirements are met to their SLA. Supporting clients with their needs finding them the best calibre of candidates for their hard to fill jobs, offering them a personal recruitment service. I started as an Account Manager, managing 3 clients, liaising with my client and my external offices to supply staff to my clients vacancies. Over time I started to help recruit for some of the more difficult roles.
