  operate and maintain zps machines, making fuel injection parts. My description of a zps machine; its a combination of a 6 spindle tornos machine with a cnc machine.

  Started working in a new area at Supreme machine products operating Tornos machines. Excited to be given the opportunity to expand my knowledge of operatoring and maintaining a different type of machine.

  Operate hydromat machines , that range from some newer epic models with dual bar loaders too some older models that have been rebuilt. Some of my job duties include tool changes checking parts using keyance and cmm along with basic blue print reading and using micrometers callipers and pre-setters. Im also a licenced hi low driver.

  Reponsable for training, schedulung, reviews, and leading a team composed of 3 shifts. Machines in the department included Cincinnati Hawks, Miyano, Doosan, and a Dehuff gundrill, which i did the monthly preventive maintaince on, basic set ups, and also operated. Communicated with cwc textron daily thru email or by phone and took daily inventory of incoming and out going products. Also worked with engineering and the plant manager on continually improvements, using flow charts, lean managment, etc. Kept track of tooling and tooling charts.

  Operatored cnc machines. Learned some basic set ups, but mostly ran production. Used micrometers and callipers, can read blue prints, and worked well with others
