  In my role as Property Manager I managed a portfolio of 300+ properties for individual landlords. My main responsibilities included;-Dealing with day to day issues as they arose & liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and agency team to resolve same-Rent management-Arranging maintenance work, when required, authorise & arrange payment to contractors for works carried out-Arranging regular property inspections and final inspections of managed properties and arranging any repairs required-Drawing up lease agreements, standing order forms, inventories, transferring utility accounts and arranging RTB registrations for new tenancies-Negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals-Dealing with distressed properties in conjunction with banks and receiversI was also responsible for general office management tasks such as VAT returns, ordering supplies, office & client account management.I was licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011.
