Sarah's presentation, From Frazzled to Focused, was spot-on and very helpful. Thank you, Sarah, for helping overwhelmed and busy lawyers find practical strategies to mitigate multitasking, focus on the right things, and get more done!

I'm a disaster @ email management. Maybe one of her worst cases? Sara isn't kidding when she says that ARTT teaches behavioral change on how to manage the inbox. Through Sarah's ARTT system, I learned a new way to organize my inbox more effectively, without feeling like I am missing or forgetting about emails. Don't let your email manage you. It's a bad place to be. I highly recommend ARTT to anyone who has to use email professionally!

I cannot recommend Sarah and her ARTT system enough! Her system is easy to understand and implement. I have been able to keep my in box under control AND not miss important "to do's" and responses that could easily get lost. I took Sarah's webinar and then hired her for one-on-one coaching/clean up sessions. She really knows how to hone in on what's important to her individual clients. I send people Sarah's way and always look forward to working with her -- I know I'll get something valuable out of every interaction.
