Sarah was invaluable as a career consultant during 2020. She was adaptable and flexible to my needs, willing to change her approach when required and do the right level of probing and asking of the right questions. Sarah provided useful suggestions and exercises to prompt and hone and my thinking and approach. I really valued the sessions together where we were able to talk through and measure progress and any challenges. She was adept at providing a firm reality check, confidence boost and gentle push all in equal measure, judging the situation well on when each was called for. Where possible, she was also able to provide real insight and experiences to illustrate her thinking and even provide real-life contacts and leads. She demonstrated honesty, empathy and was also a much appreciated & valued ear during a challenging year! I would thoroughly recommend Sarah.

Being coached by Sarah had the most incredible impact at a professional level. Her intuition to know when to provide guidance and ability to develop my own reflection and efficacy around decision made it one of the best investments in my career to date.

Working with Sarah was a wonderful experience. She was an excellent coach, gently guiding, questioning and challenging me throughout the process. Sarah helped me develop the confidence and personal tools I needed to continue progressing in my career and I have since taken a step up, taking on more responsibility at work. She also helped me to see change as a process, thinking through longer-term strategies and setting clear goals and taking the time to reflect on achievements. I would strongly recommend working with Sarah, particularly to anyone at an early/mid-career point and in need of a critical and supportive friend to move to the next level.
