  Throughout my time at NLT Training Services we have experienced massive changes. My role is now to lead the company in the delivery of commercial training, predominately in Health and Safety courses. We are now looking to grow the portfolio of courses on offer to our customers, keeping a focus on all things engineering as that is what we are building on.   I fulfilled many roles at East Midlands Chamber throughout my tenure there. My final position was heading up the training teams delivering government funded activity with Apprenticeships, Foundation Learning, Unemployed ESF activity and the Work Programme.
