  In my role as a Maths Teacher with tlr for Student Experience, I am responsible for a plethora of duties including developing lesson plans and educating students in KS3 & KS4 classes. I create and issue educational content in line with curriculum requirements. I addition to this, I assess assigned work for quality and gauge student understanding. I am also responsible for identifying areas of improvement and providing students with feedback. Furthermore, I formulate education plans, source teaching material, and compose teaching action plans in partnership with team members. Key Achievements - Created and spearheaded successful execution of Community Transformation Programme designed to encourage Cohesive Citizens with a cohort of pupils. - Received recognition by ITV on Look North & Radio 5 for the Social Action work as well as pupils appearing on stage with The Queens’ Commonwealth Trust to showcase their project on Wembley Arena stage for WE Day 2020. - Successfully attained Level 5 in Social Action Leadership in Schools in July 2021. - Recipient of two consecutive Queen Commonwealth Grant awards for Social Action Projects in 2019 and 2020. - Secured two Regional Championships 1st Prize awards from Enactus Next Generation Leaders in 2019 and 2020 for our Single-Use Plastic Project. - Led innovative social action plan that was awarded 2nd place in The Goldsmiths’ Community Engagement 2021 on account of the work involved in plan.
