  In March of 2014, I joined the sales and marketing division of USC, LLC, after transferring from the position of Business Operations Coordinator within the finance department. As Sales Operations Coordinator, I am responsible for providing support to our direct sales team, customer account creation and maintenance, sales tax research, sales order entry, sales and financial reporting, industry tradeshow planning and logistics, marketing support, graphic design for print ads, website maintenance, training video editing and production, departmental expense report processing, and general clerical duties. I have also been a member of the firm's safety committee since 2012, acting as Secretary until 2015.
