This is also includes teaching select core courses of this new program. As this program grows it will also require a Collective Impact Evaluation which will include determining common metrics, measurement of success, developing core competencies, and what tools will be used to assess the program at various levels with growth assured. As a member of the Academic Sustainability Implementation Committee, one key contribution is the spearhead the newly launched Sustainability Speaker Series (https://www.ucalgary.ca/sustainability/speakerseries). Seeking out panelists, and local community groups to showcase their work, this series has seen 200 people in attendance at each event, addressing key sustainability issues being faced in our community and beyond.
