  Wave.Creative: I was responsible for the information architecture for the redesign of the Judo Victoria website. The previous Judo website had a vast amount of information and a very large number of main menu links. Judo Victoria were wanting to increase their membership and make it easier for users to find information. Main tasks: • Creating personas and user scenarios • Identifying the red routes (most common and most important tasks) • Conducting a card sort • Restructuring and re-labelling the website navigation based on red routes and card sort results Wave.Creative: I developed the wireframes for the InstallMy website.
