Sarah reported to me during her role as an Administrative Assistant for the Nebraska State Patrol. Her primary responsibility was to manage the Quality Assurance Improvement Program. Sarah did an outstanding job taking this fledgling program from a conceptual idea to a very active program that was showing significant and meaningful results.
