The award of Axel Bohl is an award for young talents within the Community Food Service and sponsored by the German insitute of public canteens (DIG). Together with two women working at the "Studierendenwerke Thüringen and Rostock-Wismar" within the food department we won the Axel-Bohl-Preis award for developing a so-called "Krisenfächer" - a tool helping canteens to effectively manage hazards, crisis and risks along the food production chain e.g. in canteens and restaurants.
