Sarah is absolutely amazing! I first went to college in my late twenties with the intention to get a certificate to show I had skills to perform a job. Sarah came to Anchorage to meet with me in person to talk about my education goals and future. She talked to me about being a married working woman the current world. She showed me it was ok to invest in myself, and how to use those skills in the real world. I obtained my certificate, 30 credits, and she encouraged me to get my associates degree which was another 30 credits. I obtained it, and we talked. I kept going until I received my bachelor's degree in business management. The conversation we had in that coffee shop in Alaska changed my world. I am so grateful she showed me another way. A way that provided me with a full education. For over four years now I have been working in local government, and I owe her so much. Thank you for all your encouragement and guidance.

Sarah Schaefer is personable, detail oriented, and always cheerful under pressure. She is a joy to work with and always had my back. As a client I highly recommend her as development professional.
