Working with Sarah whilst implementing a new wellbeing solution for Experian has been a pleasure, and I really value all the time and effort put into our client/supplier partnership. Sarah's proactive approach allowed for the smooth running of multiple elements of the project. With strong communication and interpersonal skills Sarah & I quickly built a strong working relationship which benefited both organisations. I believe Sarah would add value and impact to any organisation she joins

Working with key stakeholders I am responsible for many aspects of employee engagement providing end to end support in areas such as employee insights, benefits & reward & internal comms. I keep our benefits platform relevant & aligned to our reward principles & overall strategy. My proudest achievements in this role are related to the projects I successfully launched as a Colleague Experience Adviser (see below). Mainly the continued development of our engagement platform which I evolved to not just be a discount site but the go to place to find out all about how we support & reward our people. I created our Wellbeing Hub which focuses on providing colleagues with resource & support on Financial, Emotional & Physical Wellbeing. As part of this the results I delivered are:1. Leavers decreased by 13.2%2. Absence rates decreased by 17.7%3. Savings achieved were the equivalent of a 1.5% pay increase4. Employer branding improved from 1.6 to 2.4 (Glassdoor)5. Engagement survey scores improved from 42% to 60% ("I am satisfied with my total benefits package")I am also very proud to have led the #stillproudtobemaplin initiative during the final months of Maplin trading. I worked closely with our People Director & E-learning content specialist to provide useful support & resources via our comms channel that focused on outplacement support. This included writing a weekly blog to guide our colleagues to useful information such as our EAP & helpful articles on managing stress with links to Stress Awareness Month & Mental Awareness Week. This was extremely well received across the business with increased visibility for all colleagues on support available to them. I am extremely pleased to have been nominated and shortlisted for an Engagement Excellence Award (2018) for Engagement Leader of the Year because of these achievements. Show less

Passionate about all our colleagues having the best experiences in a range of different areas. I have the fabulous job of being really creative and pushing the possibilities around how we engage with our colleagues across the business. I am responsible for benefits, internal communications, culture, leadership journey, events, reward, recognition, CSR & wellbeing. For me it's about connecting brilliant ideas so that we can make our colleagues lives easier and get people really excited about being #proudtobemaplin. My proudest achievement in this role is definitely the successful launch of our colleague benefits platform which I won an award for Most Effective Launch at the Engagement Excellence Awards (2018). This was my first project in the role and I created a full implementation & launch plan, including a teaser campaign to excite & engage colleagues prior to launch. The results:1. 55% adoption in less than 1 month (62% within 3 months)2. Uptake & spend almost double within 3 months (compared to other retailers)3. Launch video remained 2nd most viewed video content for 6 months4. Adoption levels of a combined launch with our comms platform achieved 76% within 3 monthsI also played a key role in our office refurbishment working with our Brand guardians to create fun & quirky embellishments that demonstrated our brand values & heritage. I managed the implementation & launch of our onsite cafe alongside our facilities team, including a teaser campaign & launch event which was fully attended by all colleagues & senior managers. This resulted in engagement scores relating to office environment increasing by 8.9%. Show less
