  Duties: Processing weekly payroll for employees where I was held solely accountable for the accuracy of the payroll and required to work using my own initiative.  Recording transactions and the reconciliation of petty cash, which included budgeting each week to ensure the correct liquidity.  Auditing the internal controls on a monthly basis to ensure targets were being met and providing training and resolving problems where required.  Dealing with customer complaints which required a good knowledge of customer needs and expectations, a demonstration of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, sound reasoning and empathy.  Arranging company functions such as the annual Christmas meal, which required independent working skills and a positive attitude.  Demonstrating proficient use of advanced excel functions and spreadsheets when helping with the weekly KPI’s.
