As the number of customers at Brixmark increased, we needed help with customer support. Up to that point, only founders of the company had assisted customers with their troubles, and we were reluctant to bring in someone who wouldn't have the same invested as us. From day one it was apparent that Sarah cared about our customers as much as we did. She always went the extra mile to ensure that our customers were completely satisfied, and then some. It was also clear that she'd be excellent managing a team of CSRs if we were fortunate enough to grow to that size. Sarah also combined excellent customer service with the capability to understand our complex web application. And, while she understood the complexities, she was able to explain them to customers in simple terms. Sarah's capable of far more than we tasked her with, and I only wish we could have more fully utilized her skills. No matter the task, she's always up for the challenge, and she's simply a pleasure to work with. She was a great asset to us, and she'll be the first person I call the next time I need someone to work directly with customers or to manage a team of people who do.
