As Director of People and Client Services, I manage our internal teams and oversee our business development to achieve our ultimate goal - We believe everyone should be psychologically safe and feel the joy of peak performance at work. I work with our clients to develop their strategies using our Cari platform, which can not only support every individual immediately with interventions tailored to their needs but also feeds back beautifully granular data which allows for an organisation to accurately see the needs of their teams and departments. We have developed fit-for-purpose Wellbeing Champion and 1st Responder training modules which can be completed remotely and accessed by all. These courses are run through a school, are assessed, and can be ILM accredited.

Director of the InsideOut Charter
-
ago. de 2019 - nov. de 2021
As Director of the InsideOut Charter, I support senior leaders to take meaningful action in creating mentally healthy workplaces through joining the InsideOut Leadership Charter. I manage a growing portfolio of employers dedicated to leading from the top with senior leaders who have a commitment to role modelling healthy behaviours and to eradicating the stigma that is attached to mental health problems. This role includes strategic planning, reporting, and evaluation to measure the impact of the work that employers and senior leaders are contributing to in their workplace. The Charter looks at practical support to assist leadership with bringing the InsideOut vision to life and looks to celebrate the organisations who want to improve wellbeing through improving the lives of those who live with mental ill health. I provide a consulting service to support leadership teams with embedding the terms of the Charter, delivering expert advice, coaching and support. With a wealth of experience in relationship building across levels I am confident in my delivery style at meetings and conferences of all sizes and pride myself on establishing authentic connections with people in order to identify both need and opportunity in the workplace. I regularly speak at events, conferences and expo's on issues surrounding mental health, stigma and wellbeing in the workplace and the importance of leadership responsibility where it comes to fighting stigma and discrimination attached to mental ill health. I also facilitate networking between leaders to build a healthy community where best practice comes to life.

Employer Engagement Manager

oct. de 2015 - jul. de 2019
With Time to Change I worked with a large caseload of employers to tackle stigma and discrimination against mental health problems in the workplace – over 1150 organisations signed the pledge within my time working with the team with 803 organisations having worked with me specifically to develop their action plans to change the way they think and speak about mental health. At the time of leaving this treasured role, these 803 organisations collectively employed one million, thirty-six thousand and ninety-three people. On hearing this number on my last day of work with Time to Change I promptly burst into tears of gratitude for the opportunity to reach so many lives. At TTC I assisted employers with developing plans to drive activity, offering expert advice, coaching and support. Adaptable in my communication style, I was able to forge relationships with people across levels within organisations. I worked across sectors but specialised in Law, Construction, Property, Transport, Hospitality, Media and Entertainment.I delivered to wider organisation objectives, working with teams across Mind, Rethink Mental Illness and contributed to external forums such as working with Disability Rights UK and The Work Foundation. A part of my role involved facilitating events for the organisations we worked with, delivering presentations and training sessions across England. I spoke and presented regularly at events on issues surrounding wellbeing in the workplace, stigma and discrimination.I project managed, strategically planned and regularly reported on our programme of delivery and worked alongside an external evaluation organisation to expertly measure the impact of the work we facilitated. In addition to this I wrote and developed tools for employers to practically apply in their workplace to assist with anti-stigma activity, influencing policy change and implementing mental health training.
