Sarah is the definition of positivity. Her presence and energy alone can make any environment more positive. Working directly with Sarah at Gorilla Capital and seeing her ability to handle tough conversations by phone was remarkable. She is an expert in Customer Service. Volunteering with Sarah at the 2016 Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro, I saw her true work ethic and dedication. She was given a very difficult client for accommodations and she persevered by taking action and solving issues quickly and professionally. In the most stressful of situations, she keeps an optimistic approach to everything. She is a true breath of fresh air and team player. I would love the opportunity to work with Sarah again.
