  - Created and delivered enterprising and effective issue-based campaigns, successfully championing for world-class service provision. Positioned the charity as the leading voice onkey issues, securing the development of the first All Island CHD Network, enhanced familysupport provision, a new Children’s Heart Centre at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Childrenand a range of supporting clinical provisions. - Developed and managed key relationships with range of stakeholders, including political parties,government departments, medical consultants, patients and families. Engaged all with integrityand accountability, taking into consideration lived experiences and specialist knowledge in thecontinuous development of the charity as a trusted voice for families and children and anestablished and influential stakeholder within the sector. - Transformed the charity from a team of one with fundraising revenue of £28,000 in 2009 to a team of eight in 2022 with annual revenue in the region of £500,000, representing a seventeen-fold increase in fundraising income. Simultaneously implemented stringent, accountable and transparent governance practices. -Responsible for the consultation, development and delivery of strategic direction of the charity, establishing the needs of our service-users as central to all decisions made.
