I had the fortune of working under Sarah on Zenefits' Product Operations team for part of my first year out of college. To this day, few managers have had such a tremendous impact on my skill set and professional aspirations as her. First and foremost, Sarah injected a high level of analytical rigor into every team discussion. She was highly perceptive and consistently uncovered the key question in any decision we faced. She regularly generated the crucial data that exposed our best path forward, and she was articulate and convincing while communicating it to partners on all sides.
