I am in charge of planning, creating, implementing and sustaining a variety of campus specific (sometimes college-wide) programs and services related to the student experience. Managed mailroom operations including: sorting mail, shipping packages via UPS and FedEx, metering outgoing mail. Troubleshooting skills were a must with knowledge of various files and software. Great Customer Service skills were imperative to completing projects in a friendly and timely manner.
