  I have volunteered at numerous Autism SA, assisting the event and fundraising team. The events at which I have held a volunteer position include 2011 Autism SA Pathways Conference, 2011 Autism SA Charity Ball, 2011 Autism SA Recognition awards, 2012 Autism SA Fashion Under the Stars fundraiser and 2013 Autism SA Expo. My duties included greeting event attendees and organising their registration, providing information to patrons and advising them of their seating arrangements, selling raffle tickets, and generally assisting attendees. I also had to ensure I was able to portray a positive and encouraging image of the events and of Autism SA. Good communication skills and high quality customer service were required for these events.
