  To develop skills and knowledge of Learning Support Assistants within school settings including primary, secondary, private sector, pupil referral schools, special educational needs schools, faith schools, academies, free schools and council run schools. As well as training learners I assess their ability and also carry out internal quality assurance in accordance to awarding body requirements and lead on these visits. I also carry out internal quality assurance for assessor and internal quality assurance qualifications (TAQA). I contribute all aspects of quality expectations of Walsall College who is an outstanding provider of FE. As an additional aspect of my role I assess distance learning for team leading, equality and diversity and customer services qualifications which require robust and detailed written feedback.
