Created and led day-to-day activities for non-profit, supporting low income landlords in New Orleans. Started the non-profit with competitively awarded seed money from the Idea Village and the Rockefeller Foundation. Partnered with United Way’s Double Home Advantage Programs, which rebuilt low income landlords’ vacant rental units, adding more affordable rental units and providing landlords with much needed income. Front Porch Partners provided all technical assistance, mainly in one-on-one settings to landlord participants: landlord training, all rental documents such as standardized leases, budgeting sessions, and income qualification for all tenants.
