During that time Sarah progressed from a part-time interim ministry lead, to a full-time ministry leader, to providing leadership over two ministries concurrent to one another. Watching her progress to from an an organized "doer" into a role where she was required to lead and equip was an absolute joy. She is one of the most organized and thorough people I've ever worked with, and is incredibly high capacity both in IC and leadership roles. I would welcome an opportunity to work with Sarah again if the opportunity presented itself.
