David Welsh
I had the absolute pleasure of leading the team that Sarah was an integral part of. Sarah truly defines what it means to be a T-shaped professional and from the outset demonstrated capabilities far beyond the expectations of her role. In particular, Sarah’s ability to lead analysis activities (business & technical) and coordinate a team were more akin to that of seasoned product delivery professional. This skill set was so evident that Sarah quickly took the lead on all onboarding activities for technical colleagues joining the Sunderland Tech Hub. Moreover, as the Sunderland Tech Hub grew, I was empowered to define the structure of our Agile delivery teams and Sarah was the first name on the sheet. This decision was a testament to Sarah’s performance and ability to drive any team she is part of to be high performing. I am not surprised to learn that Sarah has recently moved into a more senior role and will undoubtedly take on greater challenges with ease in the future. I would happily recommend Sarah as a high-value professional to anyone. David

Sarah and I worked together at South Tyneside college. Between us we designed the courses/materials and delivered across the school of computing. Sarah was a fantastic colleague who made an otherwise difficult job very enjoyable through her dedication, work ethic and personality. I can wholeheartedly say that Sarah would be a fantastic asset to any team and I very much hope to work with her again one day!

I develop full-stack internal bespoke software systems using C# and ASP.net following the MVC framework back-end and HTML, CSS and JavaScript front-end. I am currently exploring the Angular approach to front-end development with a RESTful API backend. I have also been trained by Microsoft in using some of the Azure tools for cloud based services including Remote Desktops, CosmosDB and Blob storage. I am currently in the process of learning R for Data Scientists using the Data Camp online learning platform. Show less
